Climate Case
Climate case’s mission is to improve Belgium’s dealings with environmental policy by bringing a lawsuit against the four Belgian governments for their reluctance to uphold their international promise to significantly reduce greenhouse-gas emissions by 2020. The non-profit was founded in 2014 by a group of 11 citizens and has since then gained the support of ambassadors, a team of lawyers, and over 61,000 co-claimants and supporters.

Zero Waste Europe (Zero)
Zero Waste Europe was founded in 2014 in Brussels to bring together local and national groups to coordinate efforts towards the structural goal of a zero waste future in Europe. Meetings have taken place internationally in countries such as France and Spain annually ever since, and they have representation in 24 total countries. They focus on empowering local groups and representing the masses to policymakers through efforts in education and advocacy. They focus on circular economy, policy, city and regional planning, and more with a long-term goal of restructuring society sustainably.
